Set up your organisation
Connect integrations and brand your documents
Link Trimble Connect, Sage HR, ABAX and DJI accounts, and put your own logo and colours on exported documents.
Four outside services plug into echoMike, all from the Integrations tab of Settings. White labelling is a separate tab that replaces echoMike’s branding with your own on exported documents. Both are Business plan features.
Before you start
Integrations needs the Manage integrations permission and a Business plan. Without the plan the page reads Integrations are not included in your current plan; without the permission, You need the Manage integrations permission to view this page.
White labelling needs the Manage org settings permission and the same plan.
Have ready: your Sage HR subdomain and API key, and access to whichever Trimble or ABAX account owns the data.
Steps
Open the Integrations tab
Go to OrganizationSettingsIntegrations (
/organization/integrations). Three categories down the left — Drones, HR and Fleet — with each service showing Connected or Not connected. Select one to open its panel.Connect Trimble Connect
Under Drones, select Trimble Connect, then Connect Trimble. You are redirected to Trimble to authorise access and returned here. Once connected, echoMike can import survey data and field records from Trimble Connect.
Connect DJI Logs
Also under Drones, DJI Logs links each employee’s own DJI account so their cloud flight logs import automatically. Search for the employee, then enter their DJI email and password.
Connect Sage HR
Under HR, select Sage HR. Enter your Subdomain — the part before
.sage.hr— and your API key, then select Connect Sage HR. The key is validated before it is stored. Employees, teams and leave then sync across.Disconnecting offers two options: Disconnect — keep employee links or Disconnect — clear employee links. Keep the links unless you are deliberately unpicking the mapping.
Connect ABAX
Under Fleet, select ABAX Fleet Tracking, then Connect ABAX. Authorise on ABAX and you are returned here. This is what populates
/organization/vehicleswith vehicle locations and trip mileage — that page stays empty until ABAX is connected.Brand your documents
Go to OrganizationSettingsWhite labelling (
/organization/white-label) and fill in Company logo, Trading name, Brand colour (hex), Registered address and PDF footer text.
Options
| Integration | What it brings in | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Trimble Connect | Survey data and field records | Business |
| DJI Logs | Cloud flight logs, per employee account | Business |
| Sage HR | Employees, teams and leave | Business |
| ABAX Fleet Tracking | Vehicle locations and trip mileage | Business |
| White labelling | Your logo, colour and footer on exported documents | Business |
What happens next
Connected services start syncing on their own — there is no import button to press. ABAX fills the Vehicles page, DJI logs land against the jobs they match, and Sage HR keeps the employee directory aligned. Your branding applies to newly exported documents, including the Ops Pack; documents already exported keep the branding they were rendered with.
Troubleshooting
The Integrations tab is missing. Either your plan carries none of the four integration features, or you lack Manage integrations.
“Connection failed” after returning from ABAX or Trimble. The authorisation was declined or the round trip took too long. Select Connect again from a fresh page load.
Vehicles still shows “ABAX not connected”. The connection is per organisation, not per user — confirm it reports Connected on the Integrations tab, and that you also hold View vehicle tracking.
